Very kind and honest staff. The manager speaks English well. The other staff speak enough English for it to not be a problem. One of the staff also speaks Levantine Arabic, which was unexpected but helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Kitchen and laundry facilities aren’t for group use, but you can pay them to do your laundry for a very reasonable price
