This ancient Russian villa is situated close to the Old Town of Nice, only 3 minutes away from the port and its beaches.

Guests can enjoy the flowers surrounding the hotel or relax under the grapefruit tree. The hotel also has a sunny terrace for guests' convenience and pleasure.

We have ten rooms, all of which are quiet and have private bathroom ensuite

Please note that reception closes between 1pm and 5pm. Please advise us of late arrivals.
