We found cockroaches in the kitchen every day, the kitchen was also very small and didn't have good facilities. Bedrooms are fine but not great and the laundry is expensive. Showers are good though.

Friendly staff. Quiet hostel (when I visited) that is right in the centre of the old town. Nice big windows in the dorm. Lovely cafe downstairs to chill in and great breakfast. The kitchen didn’t look great but I didn’t use it. (For other female solo travellers: I’d recommend arriving while its light - old town doesn’t feel very safe walking from the bus at night as it’s deserted and dark. This comment would apply to any hostel in the area. The beach areas felt safer at night.)
