The hostel has a serious management problem. When I arrived I was placed in a room without AC even though I had payed extra for the deluxe room. I had to argue for my right to the room I had payed for which shouldn't have to be the case. Moreover the toilet door was broken as it locked people inside and it was not safe. The problems kept occurring so I asked to have a refund as I wanted to change hostel but was declined. The next day a male guest was allowed a refund the same minute he asked.

Great location, lovely staff and a really nice vibe. We were there for karaoke night which was really fun. Very friendly hostel! Beds were comfy but lockers were quite awkward to get into and toilet facilities are tiny but overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

Great surf hostel right downtown. Staff are AMAZING! The beds could be more comfortable. The facilities are okay like i said the emphasis is on surfing, so there's gonna be sand everywhere.. But overall I'd recommend it. Its right in the heart of all the action in Sayulita. You'll meet lots of people from around the world.
