The hostel has a serious management problem. When I arrived I was placed in a room without AC even though I had payed extra for the deluxe room. I had to argue for my right to the room I had payed for which shouldn't have to be the case. Moreover the toilet door was broken as it locked people inside and it was not safe. The problems kept occurring so I asked to have a refund as I wanted to change hostel but was declined. The next day a male guest was allowed a refund the same minute he asked.

Perfect location one block from the beach! Can get a bit dirty because of this but is clean for the most part. The 8 person room on the ground level is pretty loud in the evenings and isn’t as nice as the rooms on the second floor but not bad at all. The vibe is pretty social as a lot of people hang in the common areas and hostel has fun evening activities. The breakfast is really good too! Also has great WiFi if you’re working remote.
