great spot in Tokyo. I'll give a couple pros and cons. location: great for exploring the city with good train links, con is it's in the sleepover part of town and has a few less bars and restaurants around. all the facilities are clean and tidy the staff are super nice. the cafe bar area is a bit of a double edged sword as it invites a lot of young locals into the area (who didn't seem to interested to interact with the backpackers) and kinda pushes the guests into a little corner out the back.

Very social hostel with a nice social space. Met some nice people. Some of the staff was very nice and friendly. Had a long & lovely conversation with a staff member as well. But some of them were a bit unfriendly. The facilities are quite good and the rooms were quite spacious. We could control AC temperature (not the case in some other hostels I have been to in Japan) which helped to keep the rooms cool at night. You get free towels. Location is quite nice, very close to 2 stations.

I really liked this hostel. I’ve stayed in multiple in Tokyo, but this one exceeded my expectations. Clean, plenty of showers, super friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillow. Common area typically had a few people in it socializing, but in general Japan doesn’t have a huge social hostel scene so for Tokyo it definitely is one of the better ones I’ve stayed in. Great location with yummy restaurants nearby.
