They “lost” our booking and downgraded us while forcing us to pay the same amount with absolutely no refund. Once I got to the room I couldn’t sleep because the AC was pointing right on me and the desk was in control of the AC so I couldn’t turn it off. I slept for maybe 2 hours all night under the thin sheet and towel provided. The shower is tiny and seems suspicious and the place seemed unsafe. Definitely will not be returning.

The signage outside does not match up with the booking title, making it very hard to find, especially at 3am!! The room was listed as 'en suite' however there were no rooms with en suite facilities and we had to use a shared toilet/shower which didn't drain and there was no soap or toilet roll! The staff member was not particularly friendly or helpful. Good location for transit but would not stay again.

Worst hostel I stayed in so far. Extremely hard to find, although after I called them they explained the way. Close to the airport but there is a creepy, loud highway. Not social, extremely small room, bathroom not clean and shower was just above the toilet - I will never again book something just because it is close to the airport (it is still 100 pesos for the ride to the airport though).
