Amazing customer service! I arrived late and missed the 10 PM check-in because I didn't read the policy properly. The staff kindly contacted me the next day and only charged me for the nights I stayed. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and felt more like a cozy homestay. They even let me store my bags and shower before check-in. Great location, just 2 minutes from the main attractions with plenty of food nearby. Felt safe and well taken care of. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

Perhaps my most favourite hostel. It’s clean, spacious, friendly staff and lots of bathrooms and toilets. The location is great too. As a cat lover loved the place with four lovely cats they have. The common areas are neat and spacious. All in all a great place to stay.

Excellent location near the historic heart of Melaka. Easy 15 minute walk to the vibrant Jonker Street restaurants and attractions. The dorms have comfort capsule beds with privacy curtains, secure lockers and air con. The WiFi is reliable throughout the hostel. There is a TV room and well equipped kitchen kitchen. across the street from the Mahkota Mall with a supermarket and shops and restaurants. Yote 28 is easily one of the. best hostels in Malaysia.
