Great option. Had a little trouble with check-in it however staff was very helpful. Great location, easy walk to food and chapel bridge. Recommend for solo travelers if you just want a chill spot to sleep.

Good location, nice common area, ac works, clean bed. But pod had very poor ventilation (slept with door open), toilet/shower had a funny smell to it (looked clean though), self-service checkin was buggy and the support phone number was just a robot voice telling me to read an email I never actually received. Also, despite all the high-tech locks it’s not possible to store luggage after checkout (as far as we could tell, but again there’s no staff to ask)

Getting in was a NIGHTMARE. never received my code and couldn’t make calls my entire trip so calling the emergency line wasn’t an option and couldn’t get to the AI chatbot on what’s app . I was solo so I had to text a friend to call from out of the country. Even when I got my code, it didn’t work. This process took an hour and a half. I personally didn’t hate the bathroom but it is a unique set up. Pods themself were amazing!
