Don't stay here, unless it's what you really want. The check-in took 2hrs!!! They made me walk like 3-4 blocks to pay in a different place because there was no one in the reception!! And they overcharge me adding "extra" taxes $$$!!!! They didn't have my reservation information clear , didn't know how to fix it and they wanted me to cancel the reservation and basically fix it myself... oh the Room wasn't clean at all, the curtains were stained, the shower poorly functional. So you know!

Staff was very confused when I arrived and said that I had a booking through HostelWorld and I paid a deposit through the app. It was all sorted eventually but took some explaining. The location is great if you want to be close to the action on 5th Ave. However, they had some dance class or something that was going on until 2am and they were blasting music for that, which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, really good place overall!
