a good half hour-40 min walk to centre, there was no locks on toilet doors, showers weren’t fully blurred so someone saw me completely naked, and male cleaners came into room without knocking, my friend was in a bra and i was in a tiny towel! also on arrival there was rubbish left in the room on table from previous occupants. there was an ice cold water machine which was good and reception were nice. garden was pretty but cant access it unless go to bar next door which is expensive.

great hostel, good location in a nice neighbourhood and lovely staff. only thing is that the showers have slightly see-through frosted glass, but this can be fixed by hanging your towel up.

location was perfect! In the heart of trastevere. The staff were lovely and helpful. Unfortunately the hostel was very unclean, we were originally put in a dorm but had to move as the other guests were all 50+ men (maybe introduced an age cap?) we did not feel safe so moved to a private room, the room felt safer but was very dirty. staff and location were good! And the bar in the garden next door was very cool
