Super helpful and caring staff. I lost my passport at the airport and they were immediately taking care of it and comforting and reassuring me that everything is going to be fine. I stayed in the female only room and everything looked like the pictures are showing. You're getting a key card for the room and you also have an individual locker right in your sleeping booth. Also great location, pretty close to peoples square!

Had mixed feelings about this spot…on one hand the location is excellent and the bunks actually have really comfortable mattresses and the cold ac in the rooms is super clutch, some of the staff were really nice while some of the others were eh they didn’t seem to wanna be bothered, but the shower/toilet area need a lot of work they were super dirty most of the time….and only having one toilet and one shower for all the men sucked as well. But I would probably stay here again because of the pros
