Full payment via credit/debit card is required before the rooms can be reserved for you.
$25 Cleaning Fee for Shared Rooms is charged per stay upon booking
$35 Cleaning Fee for Private Rooms is charged per stay upon booking
Taxes not included - 5.00 % per room per stay - will be charged upon booking
Additional $20 Extra Guest Fee Per Night for Private Rooms
Maximum of 2 guests per private room.

Cancellation policy:
14 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.

Other things to note:
Quiet hours in the common areas and shared rooms are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM to ensure the comfort of other guests staying at the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. You will be charged a $50 fine for any violations.
If you cause any breakage or damage to the property or its contents, or if items such as linens or towels go missing, you will be charged for the cost of their replacement.
