Where do I start? The doorknob fell off my first day and nobody bothered to replace it in a full week I was here. The bedsheets had a weird smell, the bed was uneven, the pillows were very cheap and thin, the shower heater barely worked, the walls were dirty, and there was no toilet paper in the damn bathroom. Frankly, I wouldn't even be writing this if they had been honest and charged me what we agreed on, but the worst part was them taking an extra $56k bc of a misunderstanding
