We are a brand new Hostel on Koh Rong Island and you’ve just stumbled across one of Southeast Asia’s best-kept secrets. We are excited to announce brand new mattresses aswell as other room improvements under a new management team ( as of October 2025!! ) We call this slice of paradise home, with its miles of white sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and lush jungles brimming with wildlife.
Here at Wavy Hostel, we’ve done our best to capture the spirit of this incredible island. Relax on our private beach, challenge your friends to a game of pool or catch live sports on the big screen at the weekend.

Really good location!! If you walk along the water/ through the jungle it’s only like five minuters from nest. Staff was super nice, chicken wrap was delish and the place is just really cute. It is true that the water smells kind of metally and the wifi doesn’t really reach the rooms but it works great in the social areas.

No opinion of the staff. The food was ok. The room was a disaster. The door to the room was completely impossible to lock and close completely. Since the door couldn't be closed, hundreds of mosquitoes seeped in! The fact that the rooms are not equipped with mosquito nets is beyond criticism. It can't cost you much to install it. The sheets are so disgusting and unclean.Update your informationlist which is everywhere if it is not correct! Would never go back if they dont do a renovation.
