My stay at Queen Elizabeth exceeded my expectations, as I payed a little as comparison to what I got. It's clean, close to busses and the underground and there is a bar downstairs for a predrink. There is no proper kitchen, however you will find a microwave, cutlery and a hot water boiler. Creds to Sara who contributed to making my stay at the hostel a breeze.

When I arrived at this hostel the guy in the reception was so rude. He just had an attitude I didn't like and that you shouldn't have if you work with service. The only good thing I can say about this is that it was two member of staff that really knows how to work with people. It was a blonde girl who were in the reception in the mornings. She were so nice, and I was sick at the moment so she helped me. Then we have the Swedish guy Jonathan, he was really outgoing and social.

This hostel has reached a level out of this world of filthyness. It looks nice in the photos the reality is old, smelly and run down. Everything feels a bit sticky.Doesn't feel very safe since the doors have just a code to access the room. And not much attention to who slips up to the hostel from the bar. Didn't want to use the shower because it was so disgusting. Unless you're a superslob I would recommend paying a bit more for another hostel.
