Horrible staff. If you encounter the old lady you are out of luck. We needed to charge our phone for two minutes soon after our check out in order to transfer pdf-bus ticket from one phone to another. We asked nicely and explained it would only take two minutes but the old lady refused to let us in and told us to search for a cafe, despite us being in a hurry. (We had not caused any trouble or noises during our stay.) Not all of the staff can speak english. Beds are uncomfortable.

The cleanest place I've ever stayed at! We got the private room, with shared toilet. The facilities are cleaned daily, the ceilings are tall and the rooms wide, it's such a comfortable vibe. I hadn't had such a good sleep in ages too. Quiet, not a party hostel, but still young and fun. Great large balcony under the sun, where we chilled every night too. They don't let anyone else in, not even your mum which is weird and there are a lot of stairs. Lovely staff. A bit expensive but recommend 100%.
