Horrible. Stood outside waiting to be let in for 10 minutes in the cold, until a person came through the front door to exit the building. We had a private bedroom. The beds were like sleeping on stone. Myself (27) and my 31 year old partner even came up sore after sleeping on these “beds.” I would hate to be an older person that has joint issues. The shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom. Staff did not care at all. Bedroom smelt like a toilet as well. 100% do not recommend at all.

FRAUD!!!! I went there in order to check in and they charged me 100 euros instead of 20 euros. They were telling that this is what I booked for over an hour, even they had my reservation through the app. It's a fraud. I felt useless, I was crying, I was in a foreign country. After two hours and many calls to my bank they were giving me 10 euros back, and I kept saying you robbed me. Terrible experience. They thought they could robbed me. I lost my tour, my mood, my time, everything. FRAUD!!!!!
