To arrange your complimentary transfer, please contact us via the information provided in your confirmation email at least 1 day before your arrival.

**Required Details:**
1. Boat company name (Seatran Ferry, Lomprayah - Nathon, Songserm, or Raja Ferry)
2. Departure time
3. Arrival time
4. Arrival pier name

**Important Notes:**
- Free transfers are available **only between 08:00 - 17:00**.
- Outside these hours, an extra fee of **300 THB per way** will apply.
- No pickup will be provided if the requested information is incomplete.

1. Free pick up from and to Nathon pier and Lipa Noi pier, guest have to inform us in advance atleast 3 hrs before arrival or check out.
2. Cancellation policy: At least 3 days advance notice for free cancellation.
3. Check in from 14:00 to 23:00.
4. Check out before 12:00 noon.
5. Payment upon arrival by cash only.
6. No Smoking. Non smoking in the room, but outside can smoke in signage area.
7. Age restriction: above 16 years old.
8. Reception working hours 09:00-17:00.
