Konukların yılda 7 günden fazla kalmasına izin verilmez ve Washington DC'den gelen yerlilere izin vermiyoruz.

Never staying at this hostel again! I've been staying in hostels for 7 years now, been to over 40 at least and this hostel was a literal design and operational nightmare. I picked this hostel because I was in town for the People's March and it was the cheapest one with free cancellation during the weekend (yet still $100 per night for a pod! Some ppl paid $300/night for a pod!!) The price gouging was kind of disgusting and every guest knew it. A big point about Safety - the doors lock and it feels very safe. However, there's no full time receptionist, just some dumb app named Goki that barely works to open the front door and your dorm room!! You 'self check in' with a QR Code on the front door which works HALF the time and other guests are not allowed to let people others in. We spent hours watching new guests stand confused in the cold trying to scan this QR code because there's no receptionist. There's a cafe that no one seems to buy stuff from and just kind of takes up space? The staff gives no introduction if you get the chance to see them. There's a fridge & microwave on the second floor but I had no clue until my final day because none of the staff told me?? They have Roombas who clean the floor so literally you don't interact with the people who work here. It's unfortunate. The staff are part of the social atmosphere of the hostel. And because of that, there was 0 atmosphere in this hostel. Just a bunch of confused people trying to work out the Goki app. The pods - yikes. The pods themselves are cute, with fun but unnecessary lights. Know what the pods don't have? Outlets. They have a huge mirror with lights but NO OUTLETS. They have 2 USB ports that only work if you keep one of the lights on. I would like to fight the designer that created these pods. I did sleep well though. It's IRONIC to me that you would require your guests to use their phones as their keys and then not provide adequate power in their beds. What if my phone dies? The code changes so if you had it yesterday and your phone dies today, you literally can't get in. You can only message the staff through the Goki app. Bathrooms were OK, shower was in basement and looked kind of terrifying.

It is a very good hostel near the subway, just 30 meters from the subway station. They serve good hot chocolate, and Walgreens is just across the street. I have never used this cage concept of hostels. It has more privacy, and it has a USB socket inside with a mirror and reading lamp. It looks luxurious.

Nothing worked in capsule, old USB ports... staff was extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. When I checked in a day late they tried to turn me away even through a paid for two nights. Poor customer service, Absolutely unacceptable
