Located on the center of the city of Shkodra, Home Hostel was created purely based on the owner's fond and opened to the public eye in 2015 due to the growth of tourist's flow.
In 2017, Home Hostel got a 9.4 review on Booking.com, a positive reaction resulting from the owner's and staff's hospitality.

Each dormitory here will provide you with garden views and a seating area. Rooms include a private bathroom with bathrobes and free toiletries.
At Home Hostel you will find a 24-hour front desk, a garden and barbecue facilities. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge, a tour desk and luggage storage.

The owner, Gregor, created the idea of a hostel as a concept in his house in order to be closer to the backpackers community and show them the friendly nature of the albanian art of living, traveling, entertaining, traditional food and the beautiful nature especially the northern of Albania and the culture of Shkodra. This year, he moved to another place near the center too with much more possibilities to expand his idea.
