I’m a long-term traveler sharing a real warning. I booked 2 dorm nights, then upgraded to a private room for ~940 INR per night and paid. Access required an app with no key; staff refused to give a code, so I needed help each time. The room was clean, but the shower was broken. It was a wonderful stay. The hostel has the best location, the staff is really nice, there was a good atmosphere and nice people, really good value for money and very clean and nice rooms.
