I booked this hostel through hostel world, when I arrived the receptionist called another worker and after 15 minutes he took me next door and with no explanation left me with another man, who then explained the hostel had been full and I was staying at this one instead…..

Sehr nices Hostel. Habe einen Tag in Ha Giang verbracht vor dem Loop um mich auszuruhen, Remote zu arbeiten und meine Wäsche zu waschen. Alles hat super funktioniert. Auch die Gepäckaufbewahrung. Frühstück ist auch top! Nur leider alles etwas busy, da alle Gäste nur auf Durchreise sind zum Loop.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 8. The first day we got it at 8:30. We asked to have it on time the day after as we had to leave at 8:30, we asked again in the morning and they didn’t care. We ended up not having breakfast. Also the room wasn’t clean properly.
