Cancellation policy for Standard Rate: 2 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards. This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival. If your card is declined and after 24h you were contacted and don't provide to them an alternative one your booking might be cancelled.
In case of NO SHOW the property is allowed to charge the full amount of the booking. If you cancel up to 2 days before arrival the property can charge the first night as a penalty.

For the week from 7 to 13 April 2025, cancellation will be free of charge within 7 days from the check-in date. In case of cancellation beyond the established limits the penalty will be equal to the amount of the first night of stay. In case of no-show we will charge the full amount of the reservation.

NON - REFUNDABLE RATE: Payment is done at the time of booking, and in case of cancellation or modification no refund is provided.

Taxes not included: tourist tax 3,50 eur per person per night, for guests above 30 years old.

If you lose the locker key, there is a €10 penalty, and €10 for the badge
Hostel Rules: Make sure you have chosen the correct dorm type. If you are a man and have booked in the only Female dorm, contact us to change your reservation. If the mistake is only recognized at check-in, your reservation will be canceled with payment of the penalty.
