got the private room. it was okay. the lady made up the bed after i arrived it didnt take long. security codes on all the doors. staff doesnt speak english. no common area. kids on the main level yelling and playing can hear clear from the room. owner lady was always smiling and hi fiving. shower was hot i believe.

Very clean and modern house. Dorm room had big beds and a bathroom. The owner don't speak English very well but it wasn't a problem.
