The Room @ Bugis

HOTEL RULES
Dear guests, to ensure safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.
1. Check In/Out: Checking timing is from 3pm and check out is by 11am. Early and late check out will incur additional charges.
2. Front Desk Operation Hours: Front desk operation hours will be from 9am to 7pm. Please use the self check-in tablet for any guest checking in after operation hours.
3. Locker keys & Room Pin: Guests will be given a locker key at the reception during their check in and room pin will be send via message to you. Please be reminded to close your room door. Guests are required to return their keys to the reception upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card they are obligated to pay the penalty of $10 SGD.
4. Visitors & Guest: For security reason, rooms can only be entered by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. Visitors will only be allowed in the common area.
5. Night Peace: We invite every guest to be careful from 9pm to 7am and not cause any noise that may affect other guests.
6. Peaceful environment: Please set your mobile devices to silent in our hotel premises. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or in other way disrespects the Hotel Rules.
7. Personal Belongings: Hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings.
8. Footwear Removal: Footwear is not allowed in the room. Please kindly store your shoes at the storage near the entrance. Guest may use the disposable slippers provided instead.
9. Eating and Drinking: To maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel, food and drinks will only be allowed in the designated dining area. Only Plain water is allowed in the room.
10. Designated Beds: Please stick to the beds that has been assigned to you at all times. Any use of other beds, sheets, blanket, pillow or towel that is not assigned to you will incur additional charges. Kindly approach our staff if you require a change of beds during operation hours.
11. Change of Linens: Change of linens & towel will only be available every third day. Guest may request for a change of new linens at additional charges of $10 per set.
12. Damages to Property: Guest will be held liable for any damages caused by the Guest to the hotel property.
13. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel is obliged to charge the penalty of $200 SGD in accordance with local law.
14. Non-Refund policy: All booking and payment made are strictly non-refundable.

15. IMPORTANT: We presume that all guests have read thru and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hotel.
