Nice location, great cheap price, and clean and safe. Plug, lights and curtains on the bunks, locker below which they give you the key for. Only gripe is that it is not that social. We spoke to people in the rooms but no bar or really a well used common area. The roof top is nothing, but does have some drying lines, I asked to use them they said ok. Then 5 mins later I was told to take my washing down by someone else. Not a problem but tedious to get mixed messages. All in all I would come again

This hostel is super central to everything in Ella, both main street and trail heads. Whilst not the most social hostel, it is a comfy place in a great location

Really big comfy beds and clean toilets and hot showers. In a good location just away from the main busy road but close enough that everything is a quick walk away. The staff were very kind friendly. There were loads of people staying but didn’t really see anyone if they weren’t coming in or out of there rooms so not a crazy atmosphere tbh. But perfectly good for a few nights stay in Ella.
