Age: No age restriction for check-in.
The guests should provide a passport upon check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 3 days of arrival.
No-Show: Same as a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Policy: Cash or Credit/debit card is accepted with a Bank surcharge of 4 % on top.

Children over 5 are welcome.
Children 6 and above are considered adults at this property.

10. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the room. There are designated on the Roof-Top (8th Floor) 11:00 until 23:00

13: Airport Shuttle:
Airport Pick-up: We provide airport pick-up service for our guests with a surcharge of USD 12 (By a Car for 1-3 pax), and USD 20 (By Jeep/HIACE for 4-12 pax) from 6 AM to 10 PM but after 10 PM until before 6 AM additional USD 5 will be charged at the above price.
Airport Drop: USD 10 (By a Car 1-3 Pax), and USD $20 (By Jeep/HIACE for 4-12 pax)

Noted: If the Guests are plans to take a taxi by themselves also fine but sometimes there are a few street hassles who try to hassle you by charging more price for the taxi and sometimes they try to hassle you by talking about tours and treks and try to take you to a different place, not to the hostel. So don't let anyone come with you in a taxi except the driver.

14: Luggage/Baggage Storage: We offer free secured storage for our guests for an unlimited day.

15: Travel Information Desk: Guests are welcome to our free travel information desk for any kind of travel & trek tips on things to do while you’re staying with us for Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan. Feel free to ask anything, we are available at the service 24/7.
