My name is Dakha I was born and raised in Ulaanbaatar where I studied Mongolian script. I have been a professional tourism guide and tour manager around Mongolia for twenty years. I love yoga, meditation, Mongolian dance.

Today, I run Kharaa's Hostel Tours welcoming travellers from all aro und the wo rid and helping them have a memorable experience in Mongolia.
I n 2020, I decided to move to Tunkhel and open Tunkhel guest house tours to provide a different experience for people, I started organizing projects to involve international travelers in the community life: planting trees, giving English lessons, recycling projects, cultural exchange etc... We created a nice space in nature for travellers to connect with the Mongolian countryside and lifestyle and be part of our family life.We can also offer more spiritual practices in our location only if people are interested.

Tunkhel guest house & tour has the perfect balance between comfort and rustic to offer you and authentic experience in a family environment.
For sleeping, we have five “gers” (=yurts), each of the m has four bed s inside and is equipped with electricity and a fire stove.
You will find outside:

- Shower with hot water🚿
- Eco Friendly Flushing Toilets Laundry and washing room

We use Eco friendly material, and we hire local cooks to make you delicious fresh Mongolian dishes.
(If you have special dietary needs, please inform us prior to your arrival.)
You can also bring and cook your own food if you prefer, you can store your food in a fridge and a full kitchen is at your disposal for cooking.
We love to provide a family like environment; we want you to feel at home and our dedicated team will be there to help you with what you need. We will provide you with drinking water, bedding and blankets in the gers (=yurts).
