One of the best hostel experiences I've had in Northeast India! The place has a really welcoming and comfortable vibe, and the staff which is mostly girls make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. If you're travelling to northeast, especially as someone visiting the Northeast for the first time, this is a great place to stay. Very Safe, Woman run hostel. The team is caring, friendly, & helpful and always happy to guide you about getting around, local food and places to explore.

This hostel was lovely! The cafe made breakfast easy and was always tasty. Most of all I loved the atmosphere here, everyone was lovely and chatty, from guests to staff :) Can definitely recommend

My stay at Ghotul was more than just pleasant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted as a friend. The staff are the soul of this place; incredibly friendly, always ready with a warm smile, and full of local knowledge that you won't find in any guidebook.The common areas are designed to bring people together, and I found myself sharing chai and travel tales with fascinating folks from every corner of the country. A special thanks to Ghotul team for making my stay wonderful. Untill next time!
