The Bunkhouse at NEM welcomes you with a cozy co-ed hostel style bunkroom offered at an incredibly affordable rate, inviting you to relax by the fire and connect with fellow outdoor lovers in the heart of the White Mountains. The cabin is thoughtfully arranged across two levels, with the bunkroom, bathrooms, and shower located downstairs, while the main floor offers a warm living room, a simple kitchen, and a peaceful reading nook perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. This is not a luxury hotel, nor does it pretend to be one; instead, you can expect a clean bunk with a fitted sheet and wool blanket, tidy shared bathrooms, and comfortable common areas designed for travelers who appreciate authenticity and community. Amenities like WiFi, Netflix, and a small library add convenience without taking away the rustic charm of the space, and the photos provided offer an honest and accurate preview of what awaits you. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a house manual through Airbnb with essential details about check-in access and other useful information, so be sure to read it carefully. Guests have full access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the loft which is reserved for employees, and while bunks come with sheets, wool blankets, pillows, and shower towels, you are always welcome to bring your own for extra comfort.

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the first night of your stay will be charged.

Check-out before 11:00 AM.
