Set in a quiet local neighbourhood, Tropical Suites is a great choice for travellers looking for a relaxing place to stay while still being close to Negombo’s main attractions. Whether you're arriving in Sri Lanka, catching an early flight, or starting your journey around the island, our location makes it easy to explore while giving you a peaceful place to unwind.

Unlike many properties located directly in the busy beach area, we are situated away from the crowds in a calm residential neighbourhood. This gives you the opportunity to experience a more authentic side of Sri Lankan life while still being only a short tuk-tuk or local transport ride from Negombo Beach, restaurants, shops, markets, nightlife, and the city centre.
