El Templo Surf House Policies and Conditions:

Cancellations are free of charge up to 1 day before the arrival date. In case of a late cancellation or no-show, the applicable charge according to the reservation will be applied.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 AM.

Payment is made upon arrival by credit or debit card. The property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Taxes and breakfast are included in your reservation.

During your stay, you are free to enter and leave the property at any time.

At the moment, we do not have facilities to accommodate pets.

Due to the characteristics of the property, we exclusively welcome adult guests and children aged 10 and above.

For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask you to keep the property smoke-free.
