**House Rules**

1. Adhere to the regulations of common/ shared areas.

2. Late check out is only possible by prior agreement.
Failure to vacate by 12:00pm will result in a half-day charge based on the checkout rate, which is due to the fact that the cleaning staff has a measured time to greet the next guest.

3. The property and the hosts are not responsible for any reason of personal damage by accident, or loss of personal belongings of the client.

4. Clothes Washer:
If you wish to use the washing machine.
Operating hours are from 9:00am- 10:00pm
Set Washing Option Setting is preset to 20 mins per wash cycle. You can remove your clothes and dry it in the balcony on the stand. Detergent on property is available at an additional cost of 10 AED.

5. Refrigerator:
In case you would like store your food/ drinks and other items in the refrigerator, freezer and kitchen, kindly label them with your [Name] and [Check-out Date]. Remember to take back or discard your items before checking-out.

6. Kitchen and Dining:
Wash the utensils and dishes after using them and put them back in the same place from where you got it.

*Note that consumption/ storage or cooking alcohol or pork is strictly not permitted at the property.*

7. Shared Spaces:
Keeping in mind that other guests might be sleeping, keep your mobile phone speaker volume low while having food and when in the shared spaces.

8. Balcony:
You can dry your clothes, smoke, sit and have coffee/tea in the balcony between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM only.

9. Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment as smoke sensors are installed.
If you would like to smoke, you can smoke in the balcony by keeping the balcony door closed.
