Barcelona Tourist Apartments - Gracia studio offers two flats on the ground floor, a studio (max 4) and a 1-bedroom flat (max 6).

On the 1st floor you have the second 1-bed unit (max 4).
Each unit has it's own complete kitchen and bathroom.

Both 1-bed flats have air con, but the studio doesn't. The whole complex remains cool in summer due to the buildings around them and the lovely paved terrace.

Sleeping arrangements:
Studio: one double bed and one double sofa bed
Ground 1-bed: Twin singles, one double bed and one double sofa bed
1st floor 1-bed: Twin singles, and one double sofa bed

Please note :
Cancellation Policy : 2 days.
Only cash payment accepted on arrival

Check-in time : 14:00 - 23:00.
Check-out time : 11:00.

Breakfast not included.
Taxes not included (0,75 Eur per person/ night).

This apartment has a minimum stay of 4 nights during July and August, 5 nights for some special events, 3 nights in June and September and 2 nights during the rest of the year.

The cleaning fee (50 Euros) is a one-time fee and is non-negotiable.

Please note: All the apartments are clearly photographed on the profile. However, there is no option for us to mark which photos relate to which apartment. So the photos may differ slightly from the room. Although the features will be the same.
