Worst hostel I've been to so far. Part of why I booked this hostel is because they offer bike parking on their listing (they still do!) But when I asked about it, I was told they don't do that. I asked about other places to store a bike and they seemed annoyed about it as if it was a rude question. Not enough characters to write it all but hostel was just quite disprganised, staff seem annoyed when you ask for anything (they didn't give me bedding and my card stopped working? Just not good!

Th hostel was properly furnished and nice. The bathroom was on suite but it wasn’t the cleanest. The area is loud but they offer free ear plugs for the noise. Definitely recommended.

I had trusted your property based on the commitments made on the website, specifically that you provide 24-hour security and secure lockers for guests’ valuables. Acting in good faith, I placed my personal belongings—including my wallet and expensive electronic devices—inside the locker provided. As extra precaution, I also secured it with my own padlock. Despite all the above, someone attempted to break in my locker and succeeded in accessing it, even though the lock was still intact and untouched. This cl
