Overall an excellent stay. Great location in the Old Quarter. The staff provided great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. They also offered bag storage for us as we had an awkward waiting period after checking out. No elevator which was no issue for us but might be of note to anyone with mobility issues. My only complaint was that our door to the hallway was frosted glass so it let in light during the night. Could be easily fixed with a curtain or something.

We had a room with only a tiny window, and this made the room stuffy and moist. A few times when we came home it really smelled moldy. They gave us a tiny blanket, not really big enough or warm enough. The WiFi (in our room at least) was really bad. With all that being said the staff were kind and helpful, and the location is nice. There are little options for private rooms in Hanoi at this good of price, so it is worth it to some extent to suffer the bad smell and stuffiness…
