Hotel Ko'os Tulum founded in 2020 by the architect Carlos Perez is located in the exclusive subdivision of Aldea Zama which is surrounded by incredible vegetation, its design is based on the traditional style that characterizes this beautiful Magical Town of Tulum respecting the nature that surrounds it, this being the ideal place to disconnect from the routine and enjoy a perfect environment for rest and pleasure.

When you stay with us, you are halfway between the town and the Hotel Zone, so you have easy access in both directions.

Hotel Koos Tulum - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 30 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, the 100% of the stay will be charged to the card.
100% of the total rate will be refunded if cancelled with 30 days of anticipation
All cancelations made within 30 days prior to check-in are non-refundable

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00 .
Check out before: 11:00AM .

Late Check-Out Hour: 4:00 PM. Late check out will result in a extra charge.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit & debit cards.

No pets allowed.
Rate is based on a double occupancy (2 adults = 16+ years old).
Smoking inside the room will result in a fine of $1,000 USD.
All late check outs or early check ins must be requested, this request will be accepted or rejected dependent on availability at the hotel. Fees may apply to any of these request.
Any bottle or glassware or item taken from the room will be charged upon check out.
