3. Cancellation policy: 1 day advance notice for free cancellation

Stayed here for one night before doing the ha Giang loop. Was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Henry on the reception was so helpful with telling us where to visit and let us leave our bags during the day. Would definitely stay here again!
