CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW / RESCHEDULING POLICY

For CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING, it is necessary to send a formal email request, which will be subject to our cancellation policy described below:

Up to 15 days before the check-in date: full refund of amounts paid and the possibility to change the reservation. In cases of changing the reservation date within the 15-day period and requesting a second change or cancellation, these must be made at least 15 days before the original reservation check-in date.

Less than 15 days before the check-in date: full retention of amounts already paid, and it will no longer be possible to change the reservation.

No-show without written notice will be considered a NO-SHOW. In this case, the reservation will be held for one night only, that is, until 11:00 AM the day after the check-in date. After this period, your reservation will be considered canceled, payments already made will not be refunded, and additional fees will be charged.

If you are sure you will not show up, please notify us as soon as possible.

Note: If you chose to pay the total reservation amount in installments by card, the reservation becomes non-refundable. This means you cannot make changes or cancel with a refund.
