Residencial Paranhos is inserted in Porto University Campus, where you can find a dozen universities and institutes, and also is located at about 1000 meters of S. João Hospital (the largest in northern Portugal) and the IPO - Portuguese Institute of Oncology.

Tourists who travel by car can park for free in a private park within the Residencial Paranhos or in the street in front because parking in this city area is easy. Who prefer public transport can use the metro station 'Polo Universitario', which is located 600 meters away and allows travel to the international airport of Porto in about 40 minutes, for a price of less than 2 Euros! You can also use the bus stop at Residencial Paranhos door that has connections to the center of Porto (Marquês) and Casa da Musica (Boavista).

The Residencial Paranhos is an independent house with reception 24 hours a day 365 days a year. which has 8 bedrooms on the first floor. To increase the comfort of your stay, we have some extra services: room service, breakfast, snack bar, luggage deposit and awaken at the desired time.
