Agriturismo Le terre di San Domenico is located within a large farm extended about 330,000 square meters ; specializing in the production of citrus fruits , vegetables , olives , wheat , etc. , all certified with the organic farming method issued by Bioagricert of Bologna . Entirely flat lets you cross over into the infinite spaces , allowing the eye to simultaneously enjoy the green countryside framed by the majestic splendor of Etna that breaks the Gulf of Catania . It has been run by its owner , the agronomist Alberto Vitale , which provides its customers its expertise and passion for the countryside .
