My impression was that people found the hostel delivered value for money. In poor weather, short term guests might benefit more from the lavish facilities of the YHA hostel.
As a past hostel operator, I would recommend management focus on the kitchen. Mandatory names and dates on food would reduce congestion in fridges. Wall shelving for food bags would free up work areas throughout.
Anyone walking to the hostel should consult a good map to avoid busy main roads ( about 30 minutes walking). My impression was that people found the hostel delivered value for money. In poor weather, short term guests might benefit more from the lavish facilities of the YHA hostel.

The doors don't have locks on, which kinda concerned me a bit. But they did have little lockers to put your valuables in, which I did like. The staff were very helpful as well! I would definitely recommend 007 hostel in Bristol. They don't have curfew hour, are very easy to get to from the airport (Bristol flyer bus for 4 quid). They are very friendly and helpful, the linen was clean & fresh, the kitchen was clean & well kept; the rates were excellent, Bristol city centre is a short 10 min bus trip. The hostel staff were extremely helpful & best hostel staff I\\\'ve encountered in europe - I\\\'m an experienced backpacker - this is a really very good hostel I would definitely recommend 007 hostel in Bristol. The Bristol airport has a set up with a cab company where you have to book a cab at a desk. We had to pay 24 pounds to get from airport to hostel which is still very much in renovation. The staff was ok but the hostel needs alot of work and is far from the city center. There are other in downtown Bristol that are alot better and easier to get to by airport/city bus.The Bristol airport has a set up with a cab company where you have to book a cab at a desk.
