Very friendly and helpful, picked me up from the station which was nice. I wanted to stay longer and they were very dismissive and never let me know. So very positive beginning, very confusing end. In saying that its got a good TV room and kitchen facilities.

It is very good place. If you want to stay 1~2 weeks in london, you cannot find better place than this. I stayed there 6nights and I feel comfortble like home.

The studio was really good. Booked for 3 people but had 4 beds and had everything we needed inside. Appart from the internet that was never working, everything was fine. The girl that did my check in was really nice. Even though I didn't arrive in time for the check in she didn't because I was nearby. I will book with them again if needed.

I can not tell you how much I enjoyed my stay here. I was welcomed at the station by a very happy and professional Australian woman. After staying in an inner city hostel this place is like a palace. Multiple bathrooms on every floor, multiple kitchens, the common room is big with plenty of dining tables and plugs. The lockers are huge, there is a fridge per 2 people in the room. Mine also had a huge wardrobe and table/chairs. I will hopefully be back in the next few days.

There was no staff available. When I got there I had to wait an hour before someone from the hotel appeared to check in. The bathrooms and kitchen are very dirty. There is nobody to clean the place, it is very filthy. There were some bathrooms with no lightbulbs so it was impossible to use those bathrooms. The internet is very poor as well.

First of all - the photos are NOT the property itself, well they might be this company owns many buildings and just sticks you where ever they feel like, this is false advertising. The staff become very rude if you talk about extending online because its cheaper - hanging up on people ect.. No reception in the building and you have to give them exact change when paying , is it so hard to have a change bag? rooms barely clean, noone wanted to change a light bulb... plus side good internet!

It was challenging to find, they offered a free pick up from the train station but we could not find a phone so we just decided to walk... however we couldn't find it because we had the wrong address. Luckily a nice little old man let us use his cell phone and we called them and they came and fetched us off the street. The hostel itself is kind of cool, it is in a huge house, however the downstairs fridge smelled like something died in it which made cooking not so fun.

The location worked well with just a five minute walk to the tube. I don't think the bathrooms were cleaned once for the week we were there. There were three kitchens, which was good, but unfortunately they were filthy. Not just dishes left behind by other guests but the walls and counters and floors were disgusting. Not having a reception was ok... But we were given the wrong house number and there was no way for us to contact them (I have no phone over here). There was good wifi though.

Well run hostel in a residential area. Nice and clean. Real bonus was the well equipped kitchen for guests. Hostel location is quite far from the center, but I liked the area. Would stay again.

Only one disadvantage is too many folks in one tiny room. They just put there absolutely maximum number of beds, no space for even one more.

Kitchens should be more equipped, and hot water system further controlled. Despite this, good place!

I spent a week there, and I have nothing to complain about except for the weather haha, It is definitely a homely place, which is good when you're away from home. You have many takeaway food shops and a few supermarkets around the area so you can cook for yourself in one of the 3 fully furnished kitchens of the mansion. Showers are good, you don't have to wait to get hot water, it is quite appreciable, compare to other places I have been in a previous trip to London. I'll definitely come back !!

this hostel was very nice and clean ,cozy moods. have friendly staff. second good thing is near from subway station so that it is straight to london centre. I was very satisfied with this hostel, but if you are new(or first) to london, it is hard to find because it is located in residential area,,

A long stay hostel, huge equipped kitchen and great TV room.. wifi in room worked well. Not at all a party hostel, in fact there is a 'no drinking' policy..

What I did not like about this organisation is that if you book through them they charge more the through a booking agency. When you do this as it is cheaper (booking agency) they then move you about as a form of punishment because you did not go through them. They put you into one of their worse hostels and use the threat of movement to make you pay more then a booking agency. When you are staying longer term you want to be settled and not punished for getting a cheaper price.

I was really stoked with my stay in the hostel, my flight was delayed and the staff were really helpful in arranging a late check in. When I meet the staff in the morning they were nice and friendly, pointing out the local shops and what to do in the area and also giving me some tips on what to do in London. the building was clean and well set out, all the guests were friendly and really made my stay. I really loved this hostel and will defiantly be coming back after my tour.

Clean and neat facilities. Toilets were in good condition but the heaters in the bedrooms doesn't seem to function quite well. Overall a good experience!

The hostel was very clean and close to a tube stop. I was only a 10 minutes walk from the Kilburn stop, which made it very easy to travel in and out of the center of London. The facilities were well kept. The only issue I had during my stay was that the Wi-Fi was not always reliable. It could have been because I stayed there during the holiday season so there were many people also using the Wi-Fi. There were additional computers to use in the mean time.
