The building we were placed in for our one week stay in London housed all long-term residents. This made my friend and I feel kind of awkward because all of the other people in the house were staying there for months at a time while we were only there for a short time. It might be a better idea to separate the long-term from the short term residents. We did not experience a friendly hostel atmosphere. However I will say that the facilities were very clean and the staff was all very friendly.

away from noisy and crowded city center, though very well connected, a place where share dinner and feel home

We didn't in fact stay in the hostel; we were in an "overflow" room in a house with people who were living long term (several months or more) in London. As we heard from those people, the hostel ran out of space, so they put people in this house that's apparently a lot worse than the actual hostel. The was no breakfast, the were 2 lockers for a room of 8 people, the room itself was very poorly ventilated...at least the location, near the Wilesden Green tube stop, was okay. Not recommended.

I was a little disappointed this time around. The change of address did not suit me. The first place I stayed felt like a home, this one was very hostel like, lights did not work, felt a little less safe. Not a BAD experience but could have been better.

Very friendly and helpful, picked me up from the station which was nice. I wanted to stay longer and they were very dismissive and never let me know. So very positive beginning, very confusing end. In saying that its got a good TV room and kitchen facilities.

Internet only worked occasionally. Gate code wasn't required as the gate was always left unlocked. Bathroom had a urine smell constantly. Perhaps there was a leak somewhere in the pipes? On arrival crockery has lipstick marks, clearly cupboards hadn't been cleaned before we moved in. Second bed had the worst mattress, unbearable and needs replacing. A spring would go 'pop' almost overnight and I got back aches from sleeping on it. Also no topsheets on the beds. Don't expect a high standard.

Nice and clean hostel, and it is near to the tube station with lift. Good for travel to stay.

The studio was really good. Booked for 3 people but had 4 beds and had everything we needed inside. Appart from the internet that was never working, everything was fine. The girl that did my check in was really nice. Even though I didn't arrive in time for the check in she didn't because I was nearby. I will book with them again if needed.

It is very good place. If you want to stay 1~2 weeks in london, you cannot find better place than this. I stayed there 6nights and I feel comfortble like home.

There was no staff available. When I got there I had to wait an hour before someone from the hotel appeared to check in. The bathrooms and kitchen are very dirty. There is nobody to clean the place, it is very filthy. There were some bathrooms with no lightbulbs so it was impossible to use those bathrooms. The internet is very poor as well.

I can not tell you how much I enjoyed my stay here. I was welcomed at the station by a very happy and professional Australian woman. After staying in an inner city hostel this place is like a palace. Multiple bathrooms on every floor, multiple kitchens, the common room is big with plenty of dining tables and plugs. The lockers are huge, there is a fridge per 2 people in the room. Mine also had a huge wardrobe and table/chairs. I will hopefully be back in the next few days.

location is good, close to trains and shops. the rest is bad. staff are rude and un-professional, and should learn how to communicate with not only guests but each other. the place itself resembles a retirement village, alcohol is prohibited and the communal area closed at midnight. there is no place to put clothes in the shower, the doors bang, a lack of cutlery and the internet signal weak. little things ignored that could easily improve a stay if addressed. recommended as a last resort.

First of all - the photos are NOT the property itself, well they might be this company owns many buildings and just sticks you where ever they feel like, this is false advertising. The staff become very rude if you talk about extending online because its cheaper - hanging up on people ect.. No reception in the building and you have to give them exact change when paying , is it so hard to have a change bag? rooms barely clean, noone wanted to change a light bulb... plus side good internet!

This is without doubt the worst hostel i have stayed ever for around 4 weeks, first the pictures doesnt match the hostel so when i arrived, they took me to another one saying that it was in the terms and conditions, it was really dirty, behind the sofa in the living room rat traps, vomits in the bathroom, kitchen is dirty, the yard was always full of rubbish, the worse were the staff, they go in the room without knocking, search for people and talk rudely this happened everyday, TO BE AVOIDED

It was challenging to find, they offered a free pick up from the train station but we could not find a phone so we just decided to walk... however we couldn't find it because we had the wrong address. Luckily a nice little old man let us use his cell phone and we called them and they came and fetched us off the street. The hostel itself is kind of cool, it is in a huge house, however the downstairs fridge smelled like something died in it which made cooking not so fun.

The location worked well with just a five minute walk to the tube. I don't think the bathrooms were cleaned once for the week we were there. There were three kitchens, which was good, but unfortunately they were filthy. Not just dishes left behind by other guests but the walls and counters and floors were disgusting. Not having a reception was ok... But we were given the wrong house number and there was no way for us to contact them (I have no phone over here). There was good wifi though.

Well run hostel in a residential area. Nice and clean. Real bonus was the well equipped kitchen for guests. Hostel location is quite far from the center, but I liked the area. Would stay again.

Only one disadvantage is too many folks in one tiny room. They just put there absolutely maximum number of beds, no space for even one more.
