During the night, it was by far to loud due to drunk people in the hostel and no stuff available/ controlling.

We hired a private room, but it was the smallest room with 2 single beds. We didnt mind too much as we dont generally spend a lot of time in our rooms. We could also only find 2x toilets for the entire hostel. Not sure if we missed a few? Dont know if its worth the money, but anywhere in stockholm is expensive. Shame we didnt know about the place down the road that had breakfast included.

The staff was excellent when it came to deal with complaints, they arranged everything and compensated me for my inconvinience. Really nice! They even sent an email to the involved persons. Great service!!

Unfortunately the cooking facilities were very small so it was sometimes difficult to cook because there are only two stoves to be used. Apart from that a nice hostel with a beautiful view.

+ Excellent location on gamla stan + T-bana not far + if you like to walk, a lot of sights are in moderate range Special recommendation: look-out tower on Södermalm, less than 10 minutes from 2kronor + the hostel offers wlan and a computer. + beds and rooms are ok, like most other hostels - showers and toilets are in bad condition (feb2013) and also not very clean. + very friendly staff :-)

Great hostel in a great location. Right on the edge of Gamla Stan (Old Town) and facing the the rest of the city. Not a huge party scene, but that's what we were aiming for. Staff was nice, kitchen was great and stocked with pans/ cutlery etc. Beds were clean, bathrooms as well even though you had to walk into reception for the toilets and downstairs to shower. Not super cheap, but nothing in Scandinavia is. Would stay hear again.

It was really cold in the room, people did not accept that you had to be quiet or not use the cleaning part downstairs. I would not come back.

Another toilet would be fine - and some guests from veryfar away counries must be instructed in how to use it. I slept in number 10 and it was in periods at night noise coming from the aircondition or watersystem? And one needs earplugs to keep the trafficsound at distance.

You have very friendly staff! Woman at reception helped me very my with printing flight tickets. I had not any idea about place in Stockholm where I could print it. My girlfriend was afraid of one of your guests which has blood on her face. We thought that she is drug addict. So we didn't cook at kitchen expect first evening because we were afraid of harmful bacteria like tuberculosis. Our room was dusty.

Locker/safe in the private room would have been good also room was a bit over furnished as room was quite small, ie table and chairs in it. Some areas could do with a paint job but on the whole the place was tidy, clean and most pleasant to stay in. Only having 2 toilets mig be pushing it when the hostel full, when I stayed there was no problem however an additional toilet downstairs would probably be a good idea.

Wonderful position, in Gamla Stan, no need of taking public transports for going around to pub and clubs all in the nearby. Extremely clean, confortable and warm, and the girl at the reception was very pretty and very very kind. Just a bit expensive...but this hostel worth our money.
