Nestled in the quiet and charming Vasastan district, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station, Crafoord Place offers a calm and cozy retreat while keeping you close to the heart of the city. Our guests love the peaceful atmosphere and often describe the hostel as homey, the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Stockholm.

Vasastan is known for its beautiful parks, including the popular Vasaparken, perfect for summer picnics or winter ice skating. Within walking distance, you will find a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, bars and unique boutiques. Stockholm Central Station is only a 15 minute walk away, making it easy to reach shopping streets like Drottninggatan and food spots such as Hötorgshallen.

All rooms offer lovely views over the city and water. Each guest has access to a personal locker in the room, and shared bathrooms with showers and toilets are conveniently located. For extra comfort, you will also find makeup tables, mirrors, sinks and hairdryers in the hallways.

Feel at home in our fully equipped shared kitchen, featuring an oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle and fridge. Guests can also use our laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Relax in our cozy common area with a large flat screen TV and free Netflix, or enjoy our free outdoor gym.

Public transport is easily accessible via S:t Eriksplan and Odenplan metro stations, and airport buses from Arlanda stop nearby.

We provide fresh bed linen and towels for all guests, as well as free WiFi throughout the property.

We offer convenient self check in, so there is no need to worry about arriving late. You can check in at any time that suits you. On the morning of your arrival, you will receive an email and a text message with all the necessary information, including the entrance code, your room number and your bed number.

Both Staffs were good. Overall the place was ok, however, rooms were too small for six beds, not enough room even for a backpack. You can’t put more than four beds in each room. Also, there were only three toilets for forty plus people. That is insane. I am sure, I wouldn’t return to this hostel, particularly for those reasons.

The location is really good. Everyone in the hostel respected the rules and it was so clean! The facilities are great and beds are comfortable. I appreciated that they seem to place women together in mixed rooms or maybe it was just a coincidence.

There's so much about this hostel that I absolutely loved; I don't even know where to start. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful, and the hostel itself is very clean. I'd like to particularly shout out Ahmed, the young man in reception, who's professionalism has not gone unnoticed. I truly appreciated it.
