By far the best hostel I've ever stayed in. Friendliest staff, large private showers, fully stocked kitchen, strong a/c in the rooms, comfortable beds, giant locker storage room with power outlets in the lockers! Plus everything is constantly cleaned, they have event nights, and can book any tour you want. They loan bikes for free, and there is free wifi throughout the room floors. And the location is unbeatable. I stayed a week and didn't want to leave!

A bright, cheerful place - we're very glad we stayed here and would definitely recommend it to any friends or family passing through Queenstown. We were particularly impressed by one of the staff (we think his name was Donnal, he had red hair) who went out of his way to be so accommodating and hospitable. By far the best hostel experience we've had yet.

I had an amazing time at this hostel! I wish I stayed there on my first visit in Queenstown! The first time I stayed in the Base hostel for the same price, which wasn't worth the money but Adventure Queenstown definitely is! It didn't feel like hostel at all, more like a hotel! Everything was really clean, I stayed in a 6-bed dorm but felt like I have the room for myself, it was that comfortable. The room looked really nice, good quality bunk beds, side pockets, lockers, exit to the terrace,AC,...

One of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed at. Excellent location, awesome staff and facilities, comfortable beds, crazy wonderful security, free bikes to borrow--what more could you want?! Would highly recommend this place. All around amazing experience, and very reasonably priced.

To call this place a hostel is a complete disservice to what this place is all about. It's no exaggeration to call this a home away from home and that's exactly what the owner and his awesome staff strive to achieve. There is such a relaxed and friendly feel to the place without any of the cliqueness that you can get in a lot of the larger hostels. They cater for everyone here and the best things are the free wifi and free calls abroad. There is so much more to this hostel. Go see for yourself.

It was a really good hostel, one of the best in New Zealand, or maybe the best! The only thing that was a bit less was that there is no private parking space, but there is one close for 2.5 dollars a day...

A great hostel, one of the best I have stayed in. The staff are so friendly and provide you with a guided tour, they are also very helpful with information of other areas in the South Island as most are backpackers as well. My room was great not one that I would have thought would exist in a hostel, ensuite, tv and free products. Wifi is free throughout which is brilliant for contacting home, confirming bookings for tours and checking emails. The hostel was clean throughout, great hostel!

Great hostel that's run by travellers who understand backpackers. Can't fault them on anything...and the place has everything you could possibly want. Also has by far the best stocked kitchen in any hostel that I've ever seen.
