Adventure Q2 Hostel

Welcome to Adventure Q2 Hostel! part of the Adventure Hostels family.

📍Our fantastically central location is right in the heart of Queenstown, meaning you are close to absolutely everything! The Village Green is right across the street to enjoy a drink in the sun. Our modern hostel still retains its warm, cosy and family vibes. Our common areas are compact, but ideal for socialising and engaging with fellow travellers. We are a smaller hostel with a maximum capacity of just 55 beds - the ideal size for fun times and keeping a familial, lively atmosphere.

😴 All our beds are custom-designed timber bunks that feature:
⭐ Comfortable innerspring mattresses
⭐ Reading lights + USB & power charging outlets,
⭐ Privacy curtains
⭐ Secure storage lockers under each bed.
⭐ All linen and towels are provided as standard

🙋‍♀️ Our Live-in team run in-house activities and events most nights a week, to make it easy to meet fellow travellers from around the world.

🔥We offer loads of other free stuff; such as sports gear, bikes (in the summer), go-pros, and more. In the Winter we offer a Ski-rental service.

👕🫧 We also offer a simple laundry service - whereby we wash, dry and return your clothes giving you more time to make the most of Queenstown!

🔒⛷️🚴 The hostel also has a separate storage/locker room on each floor, and secure bicycle parking and ski & snowboard storage on the ground floor.

🚀 A handy elevator/ lift provides access to all 3 floors. With our communal areas and reception all located on Level 1, Rooms are located on Level 2 & 3

🚗 Due to our super central location, Adventure Q2 does not have parking for guests (or our staff!)

🚌 We are located less than 20 metres from the Intercity bus stop, which is handy for Intercity travellers. If you do require parking, please reach out to our team and we can offer you a handy guide with nearby locations, free and paid.

⚠️ Standard Policies

🔹We are a small hostel, our reception is open from 8:30am to 7:30pm.

🔹Late check-ins are not possible without prior notice. So, if you will arrive after 7:30pm, please email or call us 1-3 days before you arrive, and we will provide instructions on how to self-check-in.

🔹Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to check-in time of 2pm, on the date of arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours from check-in time will incur additional charges equivalent to the first night's accommodation. No Shows will be charged the total cost of the first nights accommodation.

🔹Check-in is available after 8.30am, however please note that beds/rooms will not be ready until after 2pm. We have storage facilities for the interim and common areas are free for use.

🔹Adventure Q2 has a maximum stay policy of 10 nights in Summer for all travellers and 21 nights in Winter for solo travellers over any 4 week period. There must be a 20 night break before any subsequent stays or start of any reservation. Guests that make additional bookings in breach of this policy will have their bookings cancelled. This is to ensure we maintain a fresh atmosphere.

🔹We do not allow minors under the age of 17 in shared rooms, with or without guardians. Families are welcome, but would be required to book an entire room.

🔹Our maximum group size is 6 persons, any bookings made to circumvent this policy are subject to cancellation.
Please note that we cannot always guarantee that guests from a group booking will be in the same room or any booking will be in the same room for the duration of the stay, though we will always try our best!

🔹Adventure Q2 does not allocate bunks and operates a first-in first-choice policy, therefore we are unable to offer any preferred choice between upper or lower bunks.
