Clean and affordable. Suggest to improve the facilities, the staff atmosphere to be more welcoming and not just give the come and go treatment. Other than that their almost perfect to stay with. Thank you

Bath towels should be changed everyday instead of every two days especially in such hot summer days in Hong Kong.

This was My first hostel in HongKong. Uhm....It was difficult for me to find the hostel. Because the street was so crowded.and, People dont know well where the hostel is... I stayed in 4 mixed dormitary. But, the terrible thing is only one bathroom in 3 rooms(12 people.) But, the price is cheap. and close to station.(Of course many shopping mall)

I had my 4 nights here at Ah Shan Hostel. My overall comment is good, the most important is the room and toilet are clean! Good job! The only weak point is the room got a little bit small, but overall is good! I will be back when I travel to Hong Kong again. :)

Nice, clean, small room. We had a twin room. The staff helped us book a trip to Macau. Nice stay all together.

The staff was lovely. They had an answer for every question and were very helpful when it came to sightseeing. I couldn't have asked for anything better concerning the staff.

Some staffs are friendly but some are just so-so. The location is great! Only few walks from Mongkok MTR, opposite of Lady market and full of various shops and restaurants. The room is small as it should be. But we found some water on the floor when we entered the room. Anyway, what i don't like is our booking was "twin deluxe" but the staff said the room was unavailable and "upgraded" our room to room for 4 people, or dormitory. But i don't think it's "upgraded". It's "downgraded".

There are several hostels in the building Sincere House. The entrance was a little hard to find, it's on the side of the building rather than at the front, the front takes you to a mall of digital stores. Once you find the side entrance, there's a guard at the front who will tell you which floor you need. I felt more secure seeing there was a guard. The single room is small and has no window, but clean. Free computer and internet. Good value & place to sleep and drop your bag, but not hang out.

Solid choice if you're not looking to stay in Chunking Mansions. Near by Mong Kok MTR. Convenient location. Shared bathrooms clean enough. Good option.

Thank you to the staff and owners, especially Ms Fiona who was very accommodating and Ms Yolly who made sure we were okay. For budget-conscious backpackers, this is the place - affordable accommodation, very near to shops and restaurants, and very accessible to mtr and buses.

There is only one shared shower/toilet room and single room was really small, but that's typical in HK. Staff wasn't particularly nice or mean. Fine for travelers just needing a place to clean up and rest. Location is great!

checking in super early was a bit hard. the lady assigned to wait for us posted a different phone no for us to call her to wake her up. the phone was ringing for like 10 minutes without anyone answering it. luckily their other phone no was posted on their door which we tried and got an answer on the first ring. the lady who assisted us was a bit irate at first coz we called a different no from the instruction. the rest of their service were good.
