WORST hostel experience. Do NOT stay here. I got charged a $100 late check in fee because my flight got delayed and I arrived at the hostel around midnight. The staff was not friendly! Everything is about money and a transaction. I paid a lot for a private room. The room was not clean and definitely not worth the money. Get a hotel room instead , do not stay here. Absolutely no vibe and staff was not nice.

As a solo traveler arriving at 3 a.m., I paid a 100 HKD late check-in fee but was given a “WhatsApp” number that was actually a landline, leaving me to wander into hotels asking to borrow a phone. I also paid cash but was still charged $100 on my card, with a month-long refund wait. Despite empty beds, I had to switch rooms and was quoted much higher rates to extend. Customer service was poor. The only positive is the excellent location. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
