excellent location and super helpful and friendly staffs. Towel changed every day too! Free WiFi. Less than 5mins walk to nearest MTR station. Restaurants, convenient shops, pharmacies are everywhere!

The female staff were all really friendly. We were slighly gutted that we didn't get the room we wanted but nevertheless it was good value for money and the place was better than I expected. It's in one of the best location.

Room actually bigger than I expected. Love everything except for the noise. Reception doesn't close until 12am,, and sometimes the phone rings or someone rings the door bell after mid-night making it hard to sleep. Also, thin walls means once I was woke up by the neighbour's alarm clock at 6am. Oh, and the air con remote in my room doesn't work so I can't adjust the temperatures or switch it off from the inside. Overall, happy with my stay though.

We book a triple room here. Compare to the same type of hostel, I think Ah Shan is very good and value for Money. The location is perfect. The size of room is small; but keep in mind that this is Hongkong, and I feel very comfortable to stay in the room so it’s not much a problem. The drawbacks of this hostel are sometime we hear the noise as the wall doesn’t keep noise well and the cleaning lady sometime left the floor unclean.

the boss forget lock the room after change the door lock. The boss never apologize when we complaint on that matter. Very poor customer service.

your picture is very different from real room. I got the room which have not same information on web. The main door can't lock. so there is no security. the room is noisy from outside all time.

I really like the location as it only about 2mins walking time to Mong Kok MTR station. It also near to 女人街 , 波鞋街. A lot of things to eat also. The staff also very nice. Hostel cleaning still okie, tbut the last few days they do not help us swap the floor. Toilet cleaning is okie. The room and toilet are small.

Too small room without windows was not what we expected. Staff is kind and helpful. Location is perfect.

It is really too small. I cannot imagine if I am fatter. The pillows & mattress are OK.

Both bosses are friendly and helpful. Appreciate with thanks with the help from boss on water heater issue @ midnight. Appreciate with thanks with the help of lady boss to change the room with flood; although it is not our problem.

Pro: 1. Many power socket, it lets me to charge all my phones n camera at once. 2. Drinking water provided. 3. Computer with internet connection provided at lobby. 4. WIFI provided in room. 5. Bed, pillow, blanket all clean n comfort. 6. Hot water shower 24 hours supply. Cons: 1. No floor cloth provided. 2. No toothbrush n toothpaste provided

Three people room look small for three people. But overall considered ok since it is hk and budget hostel.

everything quite ok,but the internet access is bad.

Great place to stay for a budget hostel. :)
